Martha Salsgiver

Martha Salsgiver has an extensive background in risk management and safety, currently serving as the Central Region Risk Manager at Knife River Corporation since 2012, previously holding the position of Regional Risk/Safety Coordinator. Additionally, Martha is a Co-Owner of Happi Crafter, a business specializing in custom embroidery, sewing, and vinyl work. Prior experience includes managing strategic initiatives at The Management Connection and assisting the Dean at Texas A&M's College of Liberal Arts. Educational qualifications include a Certified Safety & Health Official (CSHO) program from Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of La Verne, an Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies from Cerritos College, and a Master's degree in Cross Cultural Studies from the University of Houston, Clear Lake.
