Robert Kompel

Robert Kompel is an experienced project manager and estimator currently employed at Knife River Corporation since July 2023. Prior to this role, Robert served as Montana Area Manager at Lawrence Construction Company from March 2022 to June 2023 and held the position of Director of Public Works at the City of Glasgow, MT from April 2009 to March 2022. Additional experience includes project management roles at Dodd Construction, LLC and Rollins Excavating Co., as well as an engineering-in-training position at Jones Bros., Inc. Robert holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction Management from Middle Tennessee State University and an Associate's degree in Architecture from Dutchess Community College.
