Zane Karimi

Zane Karimi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in investor relations and research analysis, currently serving as the Director of Investor Relations & Executive Support at Knife River Corporation since April 2023. Prior to this role, Zane held various positions at D.A. Davidson Companies from September 2017 to February 2023, including Associate Vice President, Research Analyst, and Senior Research Associate, focusing on diversified industrials, infrastructure, and renewables/clean tech. Zane's earlier experience includes roles as a Medical Assistant & Scribe at Oregon Ear, Nose and Throat, and as a Research Assistant at the University of Oregon, where transdisciplinary research on Easter Island was conducted. Zane earned a degree in Behavioral Economics & Pre-Medicine from the University of Oregon’s Robert D. Clark Honors College and has an educational background from the University of Oxford and Lake Oswego High School.
