Sandra "Sandy" Lawson is a seasoned professional in the real estate and title insurance sectors with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Since June 2021, Sandy has served as the Florida State Manager and Client Relations Manager at Knight Barry Title Group, focusing on delivering exceptional real estate closing experiences utilizing advanced technology while maintaining a personal touch. Previously, Sandy owned The Closing Boutique, LLC from 2012 to July 2022, specializing in full-service title and closing services. Additionally, Sandy ran Lawson and Lawson, LLC, providing professional short sale negotiation services from 2011 to 2014, and has a solid background as a Realtor with ERA Professional Real Estate Services, Inc. from 1998 to 2012. Sandy has also worked as a paralegal for various law firms and co-owned a custom home building business. Education was completed at Palm Beach Community College between 1987 and 1989.
