Shishir Baijal

Shishir Baijal is the Chairman & Managing Director of Knight Frank India, leading the firm’s Indian operations since October 2012. Under Shishir Baijal's leadership, Knight Frank has built a strong presence with over 800 experts across major Indian cities, offering a wide range of real estate services. Prior to this role, Shishir Baijal served as a Partner at Everstone Capital Advisors Pvt Ltd from 2005 to 2012, advised on significant capital deployments, and was the CEO of Inox Leisure Ltd from 2001 to 2005, where the INOX multiplex brand was established nationally. Earlier career experiences include roles as COO at Pacific Hotel Management School and General Manager at both Berjaya Beau Vallon Bay Beach Resort and ITC Hotels. Shishir Baijal holds an MBA from Bond University and a B.A. (Hons) in Economics from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University.
