Peter Flanagan has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Peter started their career in 1998 as a Graduate Surveyor at CBRE, specializing in the sale of businesses and the development of successful Retail Parks. In 2001, they joined Lambert Smith Hampton as a Senior Surveyor in the Industrial Department before moving to BNP Paribas Real Estate in 2004. At BNP Paribas, they held the position of Divisional Director, gaining extensive experience in the Investment, Industrial, and Retail sectors. In 2015, they joined Knight Frank Ireland as a Director in the Capital Markets division, specializing in investment acquisitions, sales, and asset management. Throughout their career, Peter has worked on notable transactions and provided advice to major clients, such as Union Investment, Amundi Real Estate, and Irish Life Assurance.
Peter Flanagan completed their Intermediate & Leaving Certificates at St Nathy's College, Ballaghaderreen from 1988 to 1993. Peter then pursued a Diploma in Property Economics from Technological University Dublin from 1993 to 1996. Following that, they obtained a BSc (Hons) degree in Valuation Surveying from Trinity College Dublin, which they completed from 1993 to 1997. Finally, Peter completed their education with an MSc (Hons) degree in Finance from Trinity College Dublin, from 2009 to 2010.
