Mary Sai

Mary Sai is an experienced professional in investment and capital markets, currently serving as Executive Director at Knight Frank Singapore since 1989. Throughout this tenure, Mary has successfully launched several notable commercial projects, including Bugis Cube and Alexandra Central, achieving strong sales during previews. Mary's expertise extends to the resale market, where significant transactions include Good Class Bungalows and whole floor-plate offices. Previously, as Director and Auctioneer, Mary managed auction sales for HBD, URA, and IRAS, notably conducting URA's first auction of shophouses in 1993. Prior to Knight Frank, Mary held the position of Valuation Manager at CKS Auctioneers & Valuers. Mary holds a Bachelor of Science in Estate Management from the National University of Singapore and an MBA from Oklahoma City University.
