Andy Love

Andy Love is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as the International & Regional Partner and Head of Middle East & Africa Capital Markets and Occupier Services at Knight Frank since September 2020. Previously, Andy was a Partner and Head of Investment and Commercial Agency at Cavendish Maxwell, where in 2012, Andy established the investment and commercial agency team after initially overseeing the Commercial and Residential Valuation department. Andy's expertise encompasses a wide range of markets, including the UK, Central and Eastern Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, with a specialization in discounted cash flow (DCF) and cash flow modeling, particularly in development, hotel, leisure, and mixed-use schemes. Prior to these roles, Andy worked as a Valuer at Grampian Assessors and as an Investment Surveyor at Montagu Evans. Andy holds a degree in Real Estate and Spatial Planning from the University of Aberdeen.
