Iain McPhail

Iain McPhail is a seasoned professional in the property management sector with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently a Partner at Knight Frank since August 2016, McPhail previously held the position of Associate at Bilfinger GVA from February 2006 to July 2016. McPhail served on the Northern Region Committee of the Industrial Agents Society from January 2010 to March 2016 and co-founded the Yorkshire Property Charity Football, where involvement continued until September 2014. Prior roles include Industrial Agency Surveyor at CB Richard Ellis and Agency Surveyor at Innes England. Iain McPhail holds a BSc (Hons) in Business Property Management from Sheffield Hallam University, completed in 2004, following education at Robert Pattinson School.
