Kevin Morris

Kevin Morris is a Partner at Knight Frank, where since December 2007, leadership of the commercial professional services department includes commercial valuations, strategic property consultancy, and lease advisory services from the Birmingham office. Specializing in commercial property finance, asset consultancy, and institutional portfolio work, Kevin also focuses on landlord and tenant lease consultancy matters. Prior experience includes serving as Associate and head of the Birmingham office valuation department at Gerald Eve, where management and development of loan security and asset valuations were key responsibilities. Kevin has also held positions as Associate Director at DTZ and Surveyor at BNP Paribas Real Estate. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate from the University of South Wales.
