Laurence Unwin Mrics

Laurence Unwin MRICS is a partner at Knight Frank, where Laurence specializes in the valuation of seniors housing since June 2019. Prior experience at Knight Frank includes roles as an Associate and Senior Surveyor, focusing on valuation and consultancy within the Senior Living team. Previously, Laurence served as a Senior Surveyor at GL Hearn, where valuations were conducted for various purposes. Laurence began the career at GL Hearn as an Assistant Surveyor through a graduate program and progressed to a Surveyor following successful completion of the APC. Early career experience includes a position as a Sales Negotiator at Featherstone Leigh. Laurence holds a Master's degree in Real Estate from the University of Reading and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from the University of Leeds.
