Yilmaz was appointed Chief Marketing Officer in October 2019. He joined the Company in March 2015 and worked across several brands as Category Director before being promoted to Marketing Director in April 2018. Before this, he was at Procter & Gamble for 13 years in several senior brand management roles across different geographies, having started his career in Procter & Gamble as Process Engineer.
Yilmaz has responsibility for all Marketing, Consumer Insights & Analytics and R&D, with a dotted line for International Marketing.
