Joseph Palmer is currently working as a G4C Committee Member at Constructing Excellence in Wales. Previously, Joseph has held various roles such as Design Manager, Sub Agent, Section Engineer, and Graduate Engineer at Knights Brown. Joseph has also represented Knights Brown on the Foundations Group at the Civil Engineering Contractors Association (National). In addition, Joseph has experience as a Civil Engineer during a secondment at Burroughs and as a Summer Placement Engineer at Knights Brown and Raymond Brown Construction Ltd. Joseph holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Civil Engineering from Swansea University.
