Gareth Burge

Gareth Burge is a Partner in the corporate team at Knights, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, group reorganisations, and joint ventures since September 2024. Prior to this role, Gareth served as a Director in the corporate group at Thursfields from April 2014 to September 2024, focusing on a wide range of corporate work, including corporate finance and shareholder agreements. Previous experience includes positions as a Senior Associate at Watson, Farley & Williams, where expertise encompassed corporate finance and commercial transactions, as well as serving as a Solicitor and Trainee Solicitor in the corporate group in Worcester. Gareth holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Wales, Cardiff, and a Legal Practice Course (LPC) degree from Nottingham Law School.
