Tim's expertise lies in Company and Corporate Finance, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and restructuring, strategic alliances, and general corporate advice. Previous experience includes positions at The Wilkes Partnership and Williamson & Soden, focusing on non-contentious acquisitions, disposals, investments, and general commercial agreements.
