Joe Bianco has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Joe began their career in 1988 as a police officer with the Bakersfield Police Department, where they worked until their retirement as a Captain in 2018. In 2020, they briefly owned and partnered with Zeppo's Pizza. Joe then joined Knight's Site Services Inc. in 2022 as a Risk and Safety Manager and was later promoted to Director of Operations in 2023.
Joe Bianco completed their Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Management at the University of La Verne from 2000 to 2005. Joe then obtained a Master's Degree in Administration from California State University, Bakersfield from 2012 to 2014.
