Matthew Jordan is an accomplished entrepreneur and finance professional with extensive experience in the real estate and investment sectors. As the Founder and CEO of Majenta Capital Ltd since April 2014, Matthew has focused on arranging loans and investments for UK-based real estate assets. Simultaneously, as Director of Blue Spruce Homes since January 2016, Matthew has led the development of affordable starter homes for young professionals in London, successfully completing 25 projects with a total Gross Development Value of £37 million. Matthew has also served as a Board Trustee for the Knightsbridge School Education Foundation, providing bursaries to disadvantaged children. Earlier career highlights include founding Majenta Properties Ltd, leading equity research teams at prominent banks like Societe Generale and Matrix Investment Banking, and achieving a significant role at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein as Deputy Head of Global Equity Research. Matthew holds a Master’s degree in Philosophy, Politics & Economics from the University of Oxford.
