Sierra Ghafoorian

Sierra Ghafoorian has extensive experience in property management and operations training, currently serving as an Operations Support Trainer at Knightvest Residential since March 2016. Previous roles at Knightvest include Community Manager and Assistant Property Manager, where responsibilities ranged from overseeing property operations and financial management to training staff and addressing resident concerns. Sierra also gained valuable experience as a Counseling Intern at Jewish Family Services and as a Service Coordinator at The Harris Center for Mental Health and IDD, performing clinical assessments and supporting consumer recovery plans.
