Jessica McLear

Jessica McLear has a long and varied work experience. Jessica began in 2008 as a Director for MooDoos LP, and in the same year joined Launchpad Venture Group as a Member. In 2010, they became a Board Member for Zyrra. In 2011, they joined Contract Pharmaceuticals Limited as a Board Member. In 2013, they became an Advisor for The Capital Network, and a Mentor for LearnLaunchX. In 2014, they became a Board Observer for 99Degrees Custom, an Industry Champion/Mentor for MassChallenge, and a COO and Board Member for KnipBio. In 2019, they joined Hilltop BioSciences as a Board Member.

Jessica McLear attended Williams College from 1993 to 1997, where they earned a BA in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. Jessica then attended Harvard Graduate School of Education from 1999 to 2000, where they earned an MEd in the TAC program.
