Alisha Hipp- Patterson

Alisha Hipp-Patterson is an experienced Multi-Site Facilities Manager at KnitWell Group since April 2021, responsible for managing the Capex and Opex Facilities budget for the Lane Bryant brand and collaborating with finance partners to address future needs. Prior to this role, Alisha served as a Facilities Coordinator at Ascena Retail Group, Inc. from May 2019 to April 2021, where coordination of facilities tasks across all Ascena brands was a key responsibility. Alisha's earlier experience includes store management at Kroger from March 2012 to May 2019, leading a team of 250 associates and ensuring product availability for sales goals, alongside managing the floral department's budget. Alisha holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Fine Arts and Art Therapy from Columbus College of Art & Design, completed in 2013.
