Delicia Castonguay is an accomplished data analytics professional with extensive experience in the women's apparel and consumer goods sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Principal at KnitWell Group, Delicia has developed innovative tools that enhance customer insights and improve operational efficiencies. Previous roles include Senior Principal at Chico's FAS, Inc., where Delicia designed data-driven solutions for multiple brands and created dynamic Tableau dashboards for customer analytics.
