Sushil Sharma is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical leadership and architectural roles. Currently serving as a Sr IT Technical Lead at KnitWell Group since April 2025, Sushil leads cross-functional teams to design solutions that align with business requirements. Previously, as a Technical Architect at Big Lots from March 2017 to April 2025, Sushil developed an in-house Order Management System using modular microservices. Additional experience includes significant contributions to Oracle Retail POS implementations for Ascena brands and LBrands, as well as consulting for The Home Depot and other notable companies. Sushil holds a Master’s Degree from Indira Gandhi National Open University and a BCA in Computer Science from Makhanlal Chaturvedi Rashtriya Patrakarita Vishwavidyalaya.
