Fangfang Yu

Fangfang Yu is currently the Senior Manager of Retention Marketing at Knix, where Fangfang oversees all aspects of campaigns and lifecycle marketing to enhance customer engagement and retention. Prior to this role, Fangfang worked as a Lifecycle Marketing Manager at WOW Skin Science and a Performance Marketing Associate. Fangfang also has experience as a Medical and Legal Interpreter, Production Coordinator, Journalist, and Communications Coordinator. Fangfang holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Communication from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from China University of Political Science and Law.
