Lee-Anne James

Lee-Anne James is an experienced retail professional with a strong background in store development and operations management. Currently serving as the Store Development Manager at Knix since July 2025, Lee-Anne has previously held significant roles at The Body Shop from July 2014 to July 2025, including Manager of Retail Operations for Canada, where responsibilities included managing the store development process and collaborating with international teams on store layouts and operations. Prior to that, Lee-Anne gained valuable experience as a Store Manager at LUSH Fresh Handmade Cosmetics and Bath & Body Works, as well as as a District Manager at Claire's Accessories, focusing on recruitment and store management. Lee-Anne holds a Retail Management Diploma from Sheridan College, completed in 1994.
