Steven Hudson

Steven Hudson is the current COO at Knixwear. Prior to that, they served as the VP of Sourcing & Supply Chain at ModCloth from July 2015 to May 2019. At ModCloth, Steven was responsible for leading a team of 170 people who oversaw all aspects of sourcing and supply chain, including product development, production, order management, vendor operations, technical design, quality assurance, fulfillment, operations, logistics, and compliance. Steven also reengineered processes, structures, and calendars to establish ModCloth as a world-class apparel retailer.

Prior to their time at ModCloth, Steven was the Director of Apparel - Sourcing at Urban Outfitters from January 2007 to June 2015. In this role, they were responsible for sourcing strategy, product development, cost engineering, vendor management, cost negotiation, time and action, lead time reduction, process efficiency, weeks of supply, and more.

Before their time at Urban Outfitters, Steven was a Systems Administrator at Tween Brands from January 2006 to December 2007. Steven also served as a Purchasing Agent at Costume Specialists from January 2002 to December 2006.

Steven Hudson's educational career began with him studying music theory and composition at Capital University. Steven then went on to study business and integrated supply chain and operations management at the University of Phoenix, where they earned their bachelor's degree.

Steven Hudson reports to Joanna Griffiths, Founder & CEO. They work with Barry Alexander - VP, Brand Marketing, Angela Fletcher - VP, Merchandising, and Zuleika Sgro - Chief People Officer.
