Bethany Denton

Bethany Denton is a skilled audio producer with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as the Lead Creative Producer at Vox Media since May 2022, Bethany specializes in producing branded audio segments, overseeing the entire creative process from pitching to editing. At KNKX Public Radio, Bethany holds the position of Editor and Mix Engineer, contributing to critically acclaimed podcast series such as "Outsiders," "The Walk Home," and "Forgotten Prison." Previous roles include production and mix engineering for various projects, including "Sound Effect," "Battle Tactics For Your Sexist Workplace," and "Here Be Monsters," where Bethany served as Producer and Managing Editor. An early career involved outreach coordination at Explorations Academy and internships at Oregon Public Broadcasting and KUGS-FM Bellingham. Bethany holds a Bachelor of Arts in Narrative Journalism from Western Washington University and completed the International Baccalaureate program at Flathead High School.
