Laura De La O is a seasoned media professional with extensive experience in promotions, production, editing, and sound design. Currently serving as a Senior Promotions Producer and Master Control Operator at KNME-TV, New Mexico PBS since August 2013, Laura previously held roles such as Freelance Editor/Graphic Designer at Avista Video and Production Crew member at KNME Ch. 5, where Laura primarily focused on audio mixing. Additional experience includes sound design and special effects at Mother Road Theatre Company, videography and audio/video editing at Media Tech Services (UNM), and technical direction at Popejoy Hall. Early career highlights include positions as Traffic Director and On-Air Talent at Vanguard Media and Radio of Las Cruces. Laura's education includes a degree in Cinematic Arts from The University of New Mexico and certification as a Pro Tools Operator.
