Diana Chu has a diverse work experience, starting their career as an Electrical Engineering Intern at Canal de Panamá in 2013. Diana then worked as a Staff Photographer at The Student Life Newspaper in 2014. From 2015 to 2017, Diana worked at Harvey Mudd College as a Tutor and Grader, and later as a Student Researcher, where they developed a Python Flask web application called Loqus and presented it at various conferences and events. In 2016, they interned as a Software Engineer at Ubiqua Panama, where they built an order processing service and identified database inconsistencies. In 2017, Diana interned as a Software Engineer at Pure Storage. Diana's next role was at Amazon from 2018 to 2020, where they served as a Software Development Engineer for IMDb, working on various projects and migrating systems to modern technologies. Currently, as of October 2021, Diana is working as a Software Engineer II at Knock.

Diana Chu completed their high school education at Balboa Academy from 2010 to 2014. Diana then attended Harvey Mudd College for their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science from 2014 to 2018.
