Pontus Johansson

Pontus Johansson has a diverse work experience in the medical field. Pontus began their career as an Anesthetist at Halmstad in 2000 and later worked as a Pediatrician and Neonatologist at Barn- och Umgdomskliniken from 2002 to 2008. Pontus then served as a Neonatologist at Queen Silvias Childrens Hospital from 2007 to 2011.

In 2010, Pontus Johansson worked as a Consultant Neonatology and Pediatrician at Medicreate AB, where they developed an app called Phoneaid. Pontus also co-founded Monivent in 2013, a medtech company focused on improving emergency ventilatory care for newborns.

From 2018, they co-founded Knodd, a digital healthcare company that aims to guide and support parents. In 2020, they joined Södra Älvsborgs sjukhus as a Neonatologist and Ugglan Vårdgruppen AB as a Pediatrician and Neonatologist.

As of 2020, Pontus Johansson is also working as a Medical Advisor at GPX Medical, where they provide guidance on medical, technological, and commercial issues related to their product NEOLA, which offers continuous monitoring of lung volume changes and oxygen saturation in preterm infants.
