Heena Bharat has over 16 years of progressive experience in human resources and operations. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at KnoDTec Solutions Private Limited since October 2020, Heena previously held the role of HR Manager at a confidential company from February 2014 to September 2020. Earlier positions include Human Resources Executive at Cognizant from March 2011 to January 2014, and Operations Manager at ICICI Securities from March 2007 to February 2011. Heena holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the Institute of Business Studies & Research, Navi Mumbai, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from Guru Ghasidas University.
