Jonathan Welch

Jonathan Welch is currently the Biologicals Product Development Manager at knoell Animal Health Ltd, providing regulatory advice and product development strategy for veterinary biological products. They have over 12 years of commercial and 9 years of academic experience, specializing in vaccine and drug development, technology transfer, and project management. Jonathan has held various leadership roles, including Chief Technology Officer at Newcells Biotech and Development Manager at Benchmark Animal Health, where they managed vaccine development and cross-functional teams. They earned a PhD in Biochemistry, an MSc in Experimental Pathology, and a BSc(Hons) in Microbiology with Microbial Genetics from the University of Dundee.
