Alexandra Scheiman

Alexandra Scheiman is a skilled professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and people management. Currently serving as the VP of People at Path Robotics since May 2020, Alexandra focuses on addressing a significant labor shortage in the industry through innovative strategies. Additionally, Alexandra is a member of CPOHQ, a community dedicated to Chief People Officers, since July 2021. Prior experience includes a role as Recruiting Manager at Facebook from May 2018 to February 2020, where Alexandra led a team in recruiting top talent for data science and engineering roles. From May 2012 to May 2018, Alexandra was the Global Talent Acquisition Manager at Spotify, overseeing tech recruiting across major U.S. cities. Earlier roles include Technical Recruiter positions at Dave Partners, LLC, and The Phoenix Group. Alexandra holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human & Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University, completed in 2008.
