Amy W. is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Chief People Officer at firsthand since January 2022 and as a member of CPOHQ since May 2021. Previously, Amy held the position of VP, People at Code3 and Director, HR Business Partner at Compass, where significant contributions were made during a period of rapid growth. Prior to these roles, Amy was Head of People at Managed by Q, where leadership in organizational design and talent management was emphasized. Amy's extensive background includes various positions at LivingSocial, where notable achievements were made in recruiting and HR partnerships, as well as experience in broadcasting as a morning anchor/reporter at KSNT. Amy holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master of Science in Journalism from Northwestern University.
