Cassandra Rose

Cassandra Rose, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Senior Director of Human Resources at ClearPoint Health since July 2024 and is a member and contributor of the Forbes Human Resources Council and CPOHQ. Previous experience includes leading HR initiatives as the Head of People at Fringe and holding strategic advisory roles at Meritarc. Cassandra has also served as Global Benefits Director at Sprinklr, Senior Manager of Benefits and Wellness at AppNexus, and as Vice President of Employee Benefits at BNP Paribas. Early career roles at Credit Agricole CIB and Colgate Palmolive provided foundational HR and benefits administration experience. Cassandra holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Employment Relations from Penn State University, a Bachelor of Business Administration from Pace University, and a Professional Certificate in Human Capital Management from NYU, among other educational credentials.
