Christopher Michalski

Christopher M. currently serves as the Chief People Officer at TriCore Reference Laboratories, overseeing human resources management for over 1,500 employees and driving strategic initiatives for organizational growth. In addition, Christopher holds positions as a Board Member at PB Laboratories and as an HR Leader at StartupExperts, contributing to strategic governance and community support for HR professionals. Previous roles include Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at VulcanForms Inc., Global Head of HR at both Takeda and Shire, Global Head of HR at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, and diverse HR roles at Smith & Wesson and Meritor. Christopher earned a Bachelor of Science in Education from Wayne State University.
