Iris Hermelin

Iris Hermelin is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in leadership and people management across prominent organizations. Currently serving as the Chief People & Culture Officer at WEKA, Iris also holds advisory roles at Coram AI and Innovation Endeavors, and is a member of Knoetic | CPOHQ. Previously, Iris was the Chief People Officer and VP of People at AnyRoad, and served as Director of L5 People at Woven Planet Holdings after Lyft's Autonomous team acquisition. Iris's career began with founding Trident HR, a successful boutique head-hunting firm, and includes significant recruiting and HR management roles at Jive Software and Pilat HR and Recruiting. Educational qualifications include two Bachelor's degrees in Human Resources and Organizational Behavior, as well as Anthropology, from the University of Haifa.
