Neil Frye

Neil Frye is a seasoned HR and technology professional currently serving as an HR Tech Advisor and Investor at PeopleTech Partners and Chief People Officer at Dotmatics, a leader in R&D scientific software. With extensive experience, Frye has held significant roles including Board Member at GSV Ventures, Founding Member of CPOHQ, and Chief People Officer at Alto Pharmacy. Prior to these positions, Frye worked at Dropbox as Global Head of Recruitment and HR Operations and at Google as a Business Systems Integrator. Frye began a career at Accenture, reaching the level of Senior Manager while consulting for various high-profile companies, including Nike and Anheuser-Busch InBev. Frye obtained a BA in Public Policy with a focus on Economics and Government from William & Mary.
