Sheren Chiang Acc

Sheren Chiang ACC, CPCC is an accomplished HR executive with extensive experience in people operations and organizational development. Currently serving as VP, People at Helix and a CPOHQ Member, Sheren previously held leadership positions at Favor as VP, Head of People and at One Medical as Sr Director of People Operations, where strategic alignment of talent development and total rewards was prioritized. Sheren's earlier roles include Patient Experience Analyst at UCSF Medical Center and Head of Business Development at Blueprint Fit LLC. Additionally, experience at Gap Inc. and Old Navy involved spearheading talent management and organizational effectiveness initiatives. Sheren holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University, an MBA from Santa Clara University, and a Healthcare Management certificate from UCLA.
