Hans Leys

Hans Leys has extensive experience in social work and community service, currently holding the position of dienst tewerkstelling ocmw and werkwinkelverantwoordelijke at ocmw Knokke-Heist since June 1998. In addition, Hans Leys has served as Penningmeester for VZW Pietje Pek since 1995 and was voorzitter of scoutsgroep Sint Leo from February 2008 to February 2014, while remaining active as a musician and member of the honorary committee. Previous leadership roles include voorzitter at jeugdhuis den dwarskop from 1995 to 2003 and vormingswerker at vzw Lejo from 1987 to 1997. Hans Leys holds a bachelor’s degree in social work from Katholieke Hogeschool 'Sint-Lieven', Gent, completed in 1987.
