Diederik Timmer

Diederik Timmer is a seasoned professional in sustainable investment and consultancy. Currently serving as Founder and Principal of &Values since April 2024, Diederik specializes in sustainable investment strategy and product development. As Chair of the Board of Directors at US SIF, Diederik advocates for sustainable, responsible, and impact investment in the U.S., representing over 300 members with more than $3 trillion in assets. Diederik also holds the position of Board Trustee at Knology, contributing to research and actionable solutions in social science. Formerly, Diederik served in various leadership roles at Morningstar Sustainalytics from 2008 to 2023 and was a board member at the International Cystinuria Foundation. Previous experience includes leadership roles at Dutch Sustainability Research and the European Institute for Business Ethics. Diederik holds a degree from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and completed VWO at Vitus College.
