Growing in a start up environment always fascinates Nandita as she loves to set processes from the beginning. After Masters in Human Resource, she started her career at ITC group of companies however always looked forward to working in organizations starting up or growing and hence was associated with companies like Crossdomain Solutions, Cenveo e-publishers and Ather Energy prior to joining KNOSLKAPE. She oversees the People Practice team here and works towards building & retaining talent and promoting the right culture in the organization. She is a doting mother to a son and apart from work would be found enjoying music or painting.
