Sanjay Sharad Sen

Sanjay Sharad Sen is Director, Human Resources at the Avantha Group. He has over 30 years of expertise in HR and Business Strategy roles across a wide range of industries including Engineering, Hospitality, Consumer Products and Banking. His experience base is across large multinational firms to promoter-owned conglomerates in international markets of Asia, USA and Europe in national, regional and global roles. Additionally, he is on the Board of Directors of multiple companies.

Sanjay holds a post-graduate degree in Human Resource Management from India’s premier institute, XLRI, Jamshedpur.
