Kesi Long-Rivera has a diverse work experience that spans various industries. In 2019, they worked at European Wax Center as a Client Services & Business Operations Specialist, focusing on Communications & Sales Strategy. Kesi then moved on to Amazon in 2020 as a Virtual Customer Success Associate in Customer Operations.
