Mithy Tatak

Mithy Tatak has a diverse work experience, starting from 2012 as a Research Intern at Jamia Millia Islamia. In 2012, they also worked as a Research Trainee at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, where they gained skills in medical microbiology. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Business Consultant at Indus design studio, contributing to sanitation solutions and crowdfunding campaigns.

In 2016, Mithy joined Songdew as a Partnership & Events specialist, where they initiated and led new market sales through strategic partnerships. Mithy worked on concept creation, pitch deck making, and pitching to clients along with the sales team.

From 2018 to 2019, they were a Business Development Manager at KuSe Design, responsible for developing a new business division and managing the sales process. Mithy handled project management, client requirements, and project tracking.

In 2019, Mithy joined SCIENTITY DESIGN INNOVATIONS as a Business Development Specialist, and later that year, they started working at Knorish. At Knorish, they have held various positions, including Key Account Manager, Senior Key Account Manager, and currently Sales Team Lead.

Furthermore, from 2011 to 2019, Mithy served as the Co-Founder and Talent Manager of The Vinyl Records Band, where they managed various aspects of the band, including tours, music releases, PR, and brand partnerships. Mithy played and managed over 500 shows in India and overseas and was invited as a speaker on gender-based subjects.

Overall, Mithy Tatak has a strong background in business development, sales, event management, and project management, with a special interest in music and gender-based issues.

Mithy Tatak completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology at Delhi University, from 2007 to 2010. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Biotechnology at Jamia Millia Islamia, studying from 2010 to 2012.
