Ludwig Otter

Ludwig Otter is an experienced executive currently serving as Member of the Board and CFO for Asia Pacific at Knorr-Bremse since July 2009, overseeing a revenue of over €2 billion across 30+ locations and 8,500+ employees in the region. Responsibilities include finance, business services, and IT for the Commercial Vehicle Systems and rail vehicle system divisions, alongside business oversight for CVS in India and Australia. Prior roles at Knorr-Bremse include Senior Vice President Controlling, Head of Finance & Controlling Europe, and Director of the Business Unit Valves & Modules. Ludwig also has experience as a Junior Consultant at P3 Group and holds a Dipl.Ing. degree in Mechatronic Engineering from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg, complemented by recent education at the London Business School.
