Markus Helle

Markus Helle is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in global HR operations and transformation. Currently serving as Head of Global HR Operations for Knorr-Bremse since July 2019, Markus also holds the role of HR Transformation Program Manager Global. Previously, Markus held various leadership positions at Voith Group from July 2012 to June 2019, including Vice President HR Corporate Compensation & Benefits and HR Business Partner for EMEA & India. Earlier roles include HR Process and Demand Manager at HypoVereinsbank - UniCredit Bank AG and Management Consultant at Accenture. Markus Helle completed a Diplom-Verwaltungswissenschaftler/M.A. in Politics and Management, focusing on Human Resources and Controlling, from the University of Konstanz between 2002 and 2007.
