Monika Linder

Monika Linder is an experienced HR analytics professional with a robust background in global HR data management and reporting. Currently serving as Global HR Analytics Professional at Knorr-Bremse since November 2018, Monika specializes in HR analyses, reporting tools governance, and personnel planning within the framework of global HR transformation. Previously, Monika worked as a Consultant HR Analytics at Munich Re (Group) for eight years, focusing on national and international HR analytics products and strategic workforce planning. Monika began a career in HR and finance with positions at FTI Group, BSH Bosch und Siemens Hausgeräte GmbH, MTU Detroit Diesel Australia, Kabel Deutschland, Softlab, and SV-Dienstleistungs GmbH, accumulating a diverse skill set in analytics, reporting, and process optimization. Monika holds a Diplom-Betriebswirtin degree from Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences and completed a commercial apprenticeship at Süddeutscher Verlag GmbH.
