Stefan Graf has extensive experience in compensation and benefits roles, with their most recent position being the Global Head of Compensation & Benefits and Mobility at Knorr-Bremse. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Corporate Compensation & Benefits at the same company. Stefan also worked at DRÄXLMAIER Group as a Compensation Benefits Specialist and at Aon as a Consultant in Performance, Reward & Talent. Stefan began their career at AWO Bezirksverband Weser-Ems e.V., where they worked on HR projects, controlling, and served as an assistant to the CEO.
Stefan Graf studied at Jade - Hochschule from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Business. In 2011, they also studied at NHL Hogeschool for a year, focusing on Innovation Consultant, Business Management & Finance. Additionally, in the same year, Stefan had a brief study experience at Guangzhou College of South China University of Technology in the field of International Business.
