Kelly Behm

Kelly Behm has diverse experience in customer service and wellness. Currently serving as the Customer Service Lead at Cross River since March 2020, Kelly leads efforts to provide PPP loans to small business owners. As a Licensed Massage Therapist at Knot Springs since September 2018, Kelly emphasizes accessible massage therapy. Previously, from September 2015 to August 2018, Kelly worked in community support for Vimeo via the Yeomen, and served as a Product Manager at Simple Finance from July 2012 to June 2015, contributing to an innovative online banking service. Kelly holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English Language and Literature from Lewis & Clark College, earned between 2007 and 2011, and completed education at East West College of the Healing Arts in 2018.
