Mark Echmalian

Mark Echmalian is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training, leadership, and management. Currently serving as a New Hire Orientation Trainer and Educational Tour Guide at Knott's Berry Farm since January 2020, Mark also holds the position of President at both Makarma Consulting Group and Makarma Travel, roles maintained since July 2018 and March 1998 respectively. Prior to these positions, Mark was a Senior Leasing Analyst for the City of Long Beach from May 1993 to July 2020. Mark earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from California State University, Long Beach.
